- Human resource: hiring 5 prestigious doctors of 5 specializations (Dental, Obstetric, Pediatric, Aesthetic, Respiratory); hiring 5 nurses, 5 technicians, a pharmacist and a receptionist for working from 5pm to 9pm daily.
- Prepare to administrative procedures required by Ha Noi Department of Health
- Sales and marketing plan:

Provide commission for referral healthcare professionals.

Focus on advertising activities (Introduce new service): Poster, Banner, Brochure, TV channel, Website and especially in the first quarter of 2015.
7. Risk and Risk Mitigation
- Risks:

Some patients who are using Medelab’s service during office hours can change time to take examination after working hours. So total number of customers does not change.
- Risk Mitigation:

Re-calculate the profit of all services.
8. Conclusion
After both financial and non-financial analysis we decide to choose Alternative No 1 because of its benefit in comparison with company’s objective.
In fact, the company may use all of three above alternatives to achieve their goals if their financial power is enough. However, in this business case we only select the most appropriate alternative.
